EntrY TIMES:

If you are travelling from distances and arrive early, please notify us via email. Info@nqlicensedevents.com.au
Thursday Entry Times: 1 pm till 6 pm
Friday Entry Times: 8 am - 8 pm

NO ENTRY IS PERMITTED TO THE CAMPGROUNDS OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS AND CAMP GATES WILL BE LOCKED FRIDAY NIGHT at 8PM

Keep an eye out for posts two weeks before arrival regarding traffic, Specific Route

EXIT TIMES:

Please be offsite by no later than 11.30am Monday 1st April please. A Full Cleaning crew is coming through at 12pm to facilitate and needs the space to be cleared.
Please Take all your rubbish with you or place it in the Waste Bins Provided on the way out, Please Keep in Mind your Ticket Number will be matched to your Camp Site, Anyone Who leaves rubbish or vast amounts of unwanted material will have their details recorded.

CAMPING RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO FIRES PERMITTED IN THE CAMPGROUND. Anyone caught lighting fires will be evicted immediately.

Alcohol is allowed on a limited basis into the campground. No more than 1 carton per person in a car and NO GLASS WHATSOEVER. Excessive amounts will be confiscated and returned upon leaving the site.

NO Alcohol is permitted into the festival site from the campgrounds whatsoever. Violators will be evicted immediately for the entirety of the event.
NO LOUD OBNOXIOUS PARTIES. Be considerate and kind to your neighbour's. Security and police monitoring occur every night.
NO animals allowed on-site.
This is a NON-POWERED camping ground. NO large generators allowed. Small generators are allowed but must be disclosed upon arrival for placement in the designated generator area. An area will be provided for recharging phones and small portable items for those without power.
Gas cookers are allowed in the campsite. Refer to Rules of Entry and FAQs on the condition of entry for gas cookers on our Facebook page.
WASTE: Take all waste with you when leaving or place it in provided bins.
Water tanks are provided for topping up water on-site (not for filling up upon arrival for campervans; bring your own).
SECURITY MONITORING: Police and security will enforce camping rules at all times.
Camping spots allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis by camping staff. If you’d like to be near your friends, arrive TOGETHER.
Vehicles must stay attached to campers if under 10m. Notify us via email if your camper exceeds this length events@nqlicensedevents.com.au‍
ACCESS TO CAMPSITE: Only with a purchased/received camping ticket. No exceptions.
VEHICLE MOVEMENT: No cars, motorbikes, or quads allowed to drive around the campsite. Vehicles brought in can move to the overflow car park.
OVERFLOW CAR PARK: Cars parked in the overflow car park may come and go from the venue but are not allowed back into the camping zone until Monday, April 1st at 7am.
DEPARTURE: Campers need to be fully offsite on Monday, April 1st at 1pm.

BREACH OF THESE CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION FROM THE FESTIVAL/CAMPSITE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENT.

Bell Tent Accommodation is Available for the event. These Are sold separate to Event and Camping tickets.
