It has been an extraordinary 14-year journey for The Wolfe Brothers. The Tasmanian duo first captured the nation’s attention in 2012 on Australia’s Got Talent, where their breakout performance led them to a second-place finish. Soon after, they signed with management, secured a recording contract, and embarked on a decade-long working partnership with Australian country icon Lee Kernaghan—opening his shows and performing as members of his band. The brothers often describe their years on the road with Lee as “the best apprenticeship any band could hope for.”
Throughout their career, The Wolfe Brothers have achieved five #1 and two #2 ARIA Country Albums, delivering 20 #1 singles along with numerous Top 5 and Top 10 hits on the National Country Music Chart. At the inaugural Countrytown Awards in March 2025, they were voted Best Group or Duo of the Year and took home Best Australian Tour for their massive Livin’ the Dream national run.
With 15 Golden Guitars, four ARIA Award nominations, and multiple fan-voted wins, The Wolfe Brothers are the most awarded country rock duo in Australian history. In 2024, they were inducted into Tamworth’s prestigious Galaxy of Stars, followed by their induction into the Country Music Hands of Fame during the 2026 Tamworth Country Music Festival—an honour reserved for the genre’s most respected artists.
After two years of relentless touring, the band took a well-earned break from the road in January 2025. Over the following year they continued to appear at major festivals across Australia, electrifying crowds with their high-energy live show. In August 2025, they released their latest album, Australian Made.
The success of Australian Made was followed by a major sweep at the 2026 Australian Country Music Awards, where they won five Golden Guitars:
In February 2026, the band reunited with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra for a second series of collaborative concerts. These performances were recorded for a forthcoming live album set for release in 2026. In March, the brothers travelled to Nashville for songwriting sessions—and while overseas were named Group of the Year at the 2026 Countrytown Awards.
Having clocked countless road miles across Australia, the USA, and Canada, playing live remains what The Wolfe Brothers love most. Beginning in May, the band will launch their Australian Made Tour 2026, their biggest and most extensive run yet.
