Born in New Zealand’s icy depths, reared in Papua New Guinea’s highlands, and raised in country town Charters Towers, Big Pups music is a culmination of his adventurous life.

Kicking off a music career late in life, Big Pups taught himself guitar and gave singing a crack in his early 40’s. Armed with 2 songs and 3 chords, he ventured into the music industry – he has not looked back.
